At Naaplo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality ready-to-wear and custom-tailored apparel. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing an order with Naaplo, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Categories

Our products fall into two categories:

  • Ready-to-Wear Products – Standard garments available in predefined sizes.
  • Custom Tailored / Made-to-Measure Products – Garments specially stitched or altered according to the measurements, specifications, or design preferences provided by the customer.

The return and refund conditions differ for each category.

2. Ready-to-Wear Products

Eligible ready-to-wear products may be returned or exchanged if:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is in its original condition without damage caused after delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Custom Tailored / Made-to-Measure Products

Since custom-tailored garments are manufactured specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

However, we will gladly assist if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The wrong size was stitched due to an error by Naaplo based on the measurements submitted.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing or stitching defect.
  • The product arrives damaged during transit.

In such cases, Naaplo may, at its discretion:

  • repair the garment,
  • alter the garment,
  • replace the garment, or
  • issue a refund where a suitable resolution is not possible.

Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the issue for verification.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Our support team will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-tailored garments (except where covered under Section 3)
  • Altered garments requested by the customer
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products (where applicable)

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible ready-to-wear products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • another available product of equal value,
  • to pay the price difference for a higher-value product, or
  • to receive a refund where applicable.

7. Refund Process

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Shipping charges, cash handling charges, or convenience fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Naaplo.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • a manufacturing defect,
  • an incorrect item,
  • damage during transit, or
  • an error by Naaplo,

Naaplo will arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.

Once a custom-tailored garment has entered the cutting, stitching, embroidery, or customization process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Ready-to-wear orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return procedure.

10. Force Majeure

Naaplo shall not be liable for delays in processing returns or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
